Asovino is an organization of over 320 sheep and goat breeders spread across the province of Zamora, in Castilla y León.

We are dedicated to working for the interests of our members and customers alike, ensuring a consistent supply of high quality meat.

Our mission is to assist farmers in maintaining the highest standards of animal health, animal welfare and husbandry, thus contributing to perpetuate their way of life in a rural environment and also avoiding the disappearance of traditional breeds.
